Founder & Product Engineer
ClinicWarden was founded by Cody Augustin, an engineer and systems builder whose background spans software, artificial intelligence, quantitative problem-solving and operations. His work has focused on turning complex workflows and data into reliable systems that teams can actually operate on.
ClinicWarden applies that same systems approach to specialty care — connecting the clinical, operational and fulfillment workflows that too often live across disconnected systems.
His background includes mathematics, operations research, AI/ML and production software systems.
What we believe
Programs, locations, roles, memberships, scheduling, products, inventory, pharmacy routing, fulfillment, and monitoring are configuration. The clinic does not reorganize itself around one vendor workflow.
